Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu and Akshara’s accident.

It seems that Abhimanyu will fight against all odds to save his lady love.

However he will have to pay a huge price for this as after few tests run on him it will be revealed that he is suffering from an illness known as Neurosis.
