Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Neil coming to know the truth about his relationship with Harshvardhan.

It was earlier seen that everything in Birla house will come to a standstill as the family will come to know that Neil is Harshvardhan Birla’s illegitimate son.
