Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi being on high alert as the hospital in which she has gone to get her check up done is under attack.

Pakhi along with Bhavani will hide inside the desk of the doctor so that nobody is able to see her.

She will message Virat and alert him that she is in the same hospital where the goons have attacked.

Later Pakhi will hatch a plan and showcase things in such a way that she will jump from the building and will put the blame on Sai that she pushed her.
