It was earlier seen that few goons will attack on the hospital where Pakhi Sai and Bhavani are present.

The goons will also bring Jagtap along with them to the hospital as hostage.

Jagtap will see that Sai and Virat are there and gets scared as he killed Samrat.

Jagtap knows that if Virat or Sai see him in the hospital they will not leave him alive.
