Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Aarohi misbehaving with Akshara.

It was earlier seen that Aarohi is mad at Akshara for ruining her medical career with her truth.

Akshara will go to talk to Aarohi to make her understand the reason behind her step but Aarohi is not ready to understand anything.
