Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi Bhavani and Sai kept as hostages.

It was earlier seen that few goons will enter Sai’s hospital and will take Pakhi Sai and Bhavani as hostage.

Sai will not be willing to let Tony leave so easily after killing so many people around him.

She will get hold of the gun and points it towards Tony.

Unfortunately Pakhi will come in between and gets shot instead on her stomach.

This is going to come as a huge shock for Sai as she accidently hit Pakhi with bullet.

Tony and his men will take advantage of the chaos and leave the hospital.
