Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai getting angry with Pakhi as she is having a complicated pregnancy.

It seems that Sai will discuss the same with Virat as well and will talk ill about Pakhi for becoming her surrogate.

Virat will once again support Pakhi in front of Sai and makes her understand that if Pakhi is having a complicated pregnancy than it’s not her fault.
