Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu being excited as its Akshara’s first birthday after their marriage.

It seems that Abhimanyu will call Kairav and Vansh in Birla house and together they will plan to give a surprise party to Akshara.

Abhimanyu will want to prepare the cake for Akshara with his own hands but will stop midway as his hands will stop working.

However Kairav and the rest of the family will encourage him to complete his task.
