Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Anisha going down on her knees to propose Kairav.

It seems that Anisha will once again appear in front of the family and goes down on her knees to propose Kairav.

In episodes to come it will soon be revealed that Anisha is actually pregnant and hence has come back to Birla house and wants Kairav to give name to her child.
