Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi giving birth to the waaris of Chavan family.

It seems that Pakhi will go through heavy labour pain and will call Virat.

Virat will panic and will somehow reach Chavan Nivas.

He would speak to Sai and she’ll tell her that he will only have to Pakhi’s delivery as no ambulance or doctor can reach the house because of the weather conditions.

Sai will guide Virat through a laptop (similar scene from ‘3 idiots’) and Virat will try to do Pakhi’s delivery.

As per the new promo, Sai gets Pakhi arrested and tells the family to not support Pakhi or else she will leave Chavan house with the baby.
