Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi losing control over her mind.

It seems that Sai has taken Vinayak away from Pakhi and this has affected Pakhi’s mental health.

Pakhi will try to hang herself and commit suicide but Sai will come on time and alerts her family about the same.

She will save Pakhi’s life and the family will call a doctor to help Pakhi recover.

The doctor will reveal that Pakhi is suffering from Post partum depression and feels lonely and hence has taken such a step.

The entire family will start feeling sorry about Pakhi that first she lost her husband at such a young age and now she has to give up her son as well.
