Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Kunal Khera leaving Abhimanyu’s treatment midway.

It seems that Kunal will get a call from his sister and he will not think twice but will leave Udaipur and go back to his home town where his sister is staying.

He will inform the Birla family that he will not be able to operate Abhimanyu due to some emergency but will come back soon.

Abhimanyu will be shattered to know that Kunal Khera has postponed the operation and feels sad.
