Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai making a huge decision.

It seems that Sai will go against her whole family and gets Pakhi arrested for going against the law and hiring goons to attack her so that she is able to become Virat’s child surrogate.

This will leave everyone in the house shocked as they were not prepared for such a drama.
