Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai helping villagers in Kankavli.

It was earlier seen that Sai will leave her family and loved ones and shifts to Kankavli with her daughter Saavi.

She will be leading a peaceful life away from the eyes of the family.

She will be seen practicing medicine in the village and helping people around her.

However a local politician will have problem with Sai’s social work and will talk ill about her and tarnish her reputation.

Soon a village woman Gayatri is facing a near death situation as she is having difficulty in giving birth to her child.

Sai will come to know about it and will fight with the villagers to help her out.
