Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai saving life of a pregnant woman.

It seems that Sai will fight against all odds and saves Gayatri and her daughter’s life.

Though she will not be supported by the villagers but Sai will perform her duty as a doctor and will save Gayatri and her daughter’s life.

The villagers will be overwhelmed and tagged Sai as a miracle doctor for saving Gayatri’s life.

Later Sai will reveal that it’s her dream to make a hospital in this village so that no one has to go through the pain that Gayatri went though.

The villagers will vow to support Sai in her good cause and this will once again irk Gulab Rao.
