Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai coming back to Chavan Nivas against Virat’s wish.

In episodes to come Pakhi will go against the entire Chavan Family as she wants Sai to treat her son Vinayak.

Sai will be seen agreeing to help Vinayak but will put forth a shocking condition.

She will be seen demanding hefting fees from Virat for her services.

This is going to leave Virat fuming in anger but Sai will have a reason to do so.

She will ask for the fees so that Virat acts with her just like a doctor.

She doesn’t want Virat to feel that she is doing a favour on them.
