In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein now the story will take upon a 360 degree turn as and when Virat will tell Sayi the truth.

It will be clearly seen that it will be really difficult for Virat to hide a single word from Sayi regarding Vinu's reality.

This will make Virat say the entire truth about Vinu's existance to Sayi which will also be heared by Pakhi who will regain conciousness.

Pakhi will now wake up amidst the celebration of Sayi and Virat which will make Pakhi feel all alone once again.

Pakhi will hence make sure that Virat will get emotionally blackmailed by Pakhi as Pakhi will try and jump from the hospital window.
