In Star Plus TV serial Pandya Niwas drama has taken a permanent abode with Rishita and Raavi stubbornness to finally sell Pandya Niwas.
To give 50 lakhs to Sweta in exchange of Chutki to save their dying daughter Rishita finally decided to sell Pandya Niwas.
Rishita is in immediate need of money and will propose the plan to sell Pandya Niwas and Raavi who is suffering from similar kind of financial scarcity will join.
To make Rishita and Raavi stay longer Dhara hatched a plan of fake selling the pandya Niwas by inviting a fake dealer.
Rishita and Raavi learn about it, and turn once again against Dhara and start despising her even more.
Dhara will Team up with Prerna to bring Funds to save Pandya Niwas
Dhara is now not all alone, she now has Prerna with her who will not only make Krish give money to Sweta but also will convince him to forgive Dhara Bhabhi for what she did seven years back.
