Star Plus Latest Prime time show Advocate Anjali Awasthi marks Shritama Mitra's Hindi television debut. The show revolves around a middle-class girl named Anjali Awasthi and her struggle to become the Top most Advocate of the Country.

It seems that Anjali comes from a poor family and struggle to make her career as lawyer. 

Things are going to get very intense as Anjali’s sister eloped from her house and got married to a rich guy as she wanted to escape the poverty she was living in.

This action of Anjali’s sister Gini left her father feeling humiliated as he was never able to recover from the shock.

Gini sent some gifts to her parents to attend her first anniversary as her family is very poor and might not have good clothes to wear.

This will leave Anjali very furious and she will be seen challenging Gini that one day she will be equally rich and will afford much better things in life.

She will be seen throwing away all the gifts as she hates her sister for ditching her.
