It was shown that Bhagyashree tells Savi that she must have misunderstood whatever has happened and asks her not to create Drama here while Savi gets Hurt hearing her words and feels bad. 

However Jigar tells Tara wears such dresses a lot hence he got confused and thought her to be Tara and that's why he has touched her while Savi feels disgusted hearing his words.
